Municipality May Recover Attorney's Fees Based on Lodestar Method for Fighting Prostitution
City of Santa Rosa vs. Raman Patel - this case involved the city's efforts in abating prostitution under Section 11225, et. seq., of the California Penal Code. The City sought to recover its attorney's fees pursuant to Subsection (b) of Section 3496 of the California Civil Code.
