Complaint for Damages (Koo v. Hong)
We filed this civil complaint on behalf of our client in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles on May 22, 2009. The complaint alleged various causes of action for Fraud in Inducement, Breach of Contract, Breach of Directors' Fiduciary Duties, etc. The case went to a jury trial and on August 13, 2010, the jury returned a total verdict of $1.59 Million in favor of our client. On August 30, 2010, the court entered judgment on the verdict.
