Attorney Reports Infant Death Associated with Baby Sling Weeks Before CPSC Warning Just weeks after child safety lawyer Fred Pritzker filed a report with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regarding the death of a baby who had been in a sling-style baby carrier, CPSC issued a warning to parents and caregivers regarding the risk of suffocation associated with the baby slings.
