New suit filed Friday against Stan Lee in LA Federal Court for enforcement of Rights Assignment Stan Lee made of his name and all his creations. Stan Lee Media Inc shareholder Jose Abadin filed a new shareholder suit against Lee on behalf of Stan Lee Media after Federal Judge Wilson rules Lee illegally transferred characters from Bankruptcy Estate of Stan Lee Media to POW Entertainment.
