New California Proof of Service form Recognizes Service by Electronic Transmission
This a copy of the updated 'Proof of Service-Civil' issued by the Judicial Council of California, effective January 1, 2010. Significantly, the revised form now has a new box 6(f) for electronic service, which can be used 'based on a court order or an agreement of the parties to accept service by electronic transmission.'
