SEC files Complaint against NewPoint Financial Services, Inc.
On January 11, 2010, the Securities and Exchange Commission ('SEC') announced that it has charged NewPoint Financial Services, Inc. and its co-owners and controller for fraudulently offering unregistered debentures. The case was filed at the United States District Court for Central District of California as case number CV 10-0124 DDP (JEMx). Attached is the copy of the complaint which SEC has released on its website.
