Bankruptcy Trustee's Motion to Dismiss

A debtor who files for bankruptcy protection, has duty to provide certain required disclosures. Failure to meet these requirements may be grounds for dismissal. In this bankruptcy proceeding, the Bankruptcy Trustee brought a motion under Section 1112(b) of the United States Bankruptcy Code to dismiss or convert the case, due to debtor's failure to make disclosures.
