Notice of Interested Parties

In the Central District of California, local rule 7.1-1 requires each party appearing in the case to file a Notice of Interested Parties, which notice discloses the persons or entities who have a pecuniary interest in the outcome of the case, so that the Court may evaluate possible disqualification or recusal.
