IRobot Files a Lawsuit in Germany
Companies that believe their technology is new and non-obvious should protect their ideas by filing for a patent. Competitors that use their technical developments without their permission can get in trouble for violating IP rights even if they are based in a foreign country. IRobot has filed a lawsuit against European companies for infringing its patents. The translation of its patents and other technical documents enable the American company to present the case in a German court.
