Pennsylvania Jury Awards $2.3 Million to Fayette County Woman in Medical Malpractice Case A jury of 8 people in the Western District of Pennsylvania award a Fayette County woman $2,300,000 in pain and suffering for a medical malpractice case. Attorneys Thomas Crenney, James Tallman and Alicia Nocera of Thomas E. Crenney and Associates, LLC handled the case on behalf of the plaintiff, Vita Monestersky and against the Uniontown Hospital.
