Deforest Clark (Case No. 15776) held before the Illinois Supreme Court back in January. The case questioned the constitutionality of eavesdropping laws in Illinois. In the opinion reached, the Illinois Supreme Court ruled that the state’s criminal eavesdropping statute is unconstitutional.
