The median sale price of existing single-family homes in Broward County rose 23.3 percent to $270,000 in the fourth quarter of 2013 from $219,000 in the fourth quarter of 2012, and the median sales price for condominiums and townhouses also rose 28.6 percent in the fourth quarter of 2013 to $118,000, compared to $91,750 in same three-month period in 2012, according to statistics released today by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors®.
