With the release of the ‘perversion files’ the Boy Scouts of America has revealed just how long it’s known about scout leaders preying on young boys in their ranks. One of those alleged victims, now an adult man living in the Philadelphia area, has filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court (#5:2012cv05823) against the Boy Scouts and former scoutmaster claiming they did little to protect him as a boy from a known predator mentioned in the organization’s secret internal documents.
