Attorney Ordered to Write Article on Civility
An attorney who allegedly wrote 'unprofessional' letters to opposing counsel was ordered by the United States District Court For the Western District of Oklahoma to write an article on 'civility and professionalism as they relate to adversary proceedings' and submit it to the Oklahoma Bar Journal for publication.
