Houston, TX (PRWEB) August 27, 2009 -- A wrongful death lawsuit was filed today in Houston by Rochelle Vegenas charging her mother-in-law with neglect and gross negligence over the accidental drowning of her 2 year old son.According to the lawsuit, Logan Venegas was being cared for by his grandmother when he wandered off and drowned in a drainage ditch. The Houston Police Department attempted a rescue but the toddler could not be saved. &
