"Total Victory" Ruling for LaneLabs over FTC On August 11, 2009 a U.S. District Court Judge ruled in favor of LaneLabs - USA, Inc. denying a contempt motion filed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on advertising claims for two popular LaneLabs supplements. Judge Dennis M. Cavanaugh wrote that LaneLabs "clearly offered support and substantiation for claims" on AdvaCAL, a premium calcium supplement and Fertil Male. Jack Wenik, the Sills Cummis & Gross attorney representing LaneLabs, hailed the ruling a "Total Victory."
