Burton LeBlanc, Baron and Budd shareholder, testified against HB 477 in Louisiana state legislature. Thanks in part to his efforts, the bill did no pass. Dallas, TX (PRWEB) June 27, 2012 Burton LeBlanc, shareholder at Baron and Budd, testified last month in the Louisiana Senate against a bill that threatened to diminish the rights of asbestos victims. LeBlanc was the only attorney who spoke against the bill.
