Permanent Injunction Against Microsoft From Selling Word
In the case of i4i Limited Partnership and Infrastructures for Information, Inc. v. Microsoft, a Texas judge has ruled that Microsoft has violated plaintiff's patents. The judge has permanently enjoined Microsoft from selling 'Word,' its word processing program. Read Permanent Injunction.
