The Fourth Annual Distinguished IP Speaker Series with Mark Lemley
The Fourth Annual Distinguished IP Speaker Series to be Held April 5, 2012 On April 5, 2012, the GGU IP Law Center will host Professor Mark Lemley at the 4th Annual Distinguished IP Law Speaker Series event. Lemley, the William H. Neukom Professor at Stanford Law School, is one of the most prominent and prolific IP scholars in the U.S. He also serves as Director of the Stanford Program in Law, Science, and Technology, and is a partner in the SF IP litigation boutique, Durie Tangri LLP. Professor Lemley will lecture on the topic of “Why Do Juries Decide Whether Patents are Valid?”.
