US Drug Watchdog Now Needs Family Members To Ask Women Who Suffered A Out Of The Blue Femur Break If
The US Drug Watchdog is urging family members, or loved ones of women, who have suffered an out of the blue femur break, or broken thigh bone, to ask the woman if she was using osteoporosis drug called Fosamax, at the time of the break. According to the FDA on July 11th, 2011, "Typically these fractures occurred after using Fosamax for five years, or more." The US Drug Watchdog says, "In the instance of Fosamax, we are talking about women, whose leg simply broke. They did not fall, they did not run into something, their femur bone simply broke.
