Kelora Systems, LLC, and Sur La Table, Inc. announced today that they have entered into a patent licensing agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, Kelora granted Sur La Table, Inc. a license to use, at Sur La Table, Inc.'s sole discretion, the search engine technology covered by U.S. Patent Number 6,275,821 ("Method and System for Executing a Guided Parametric Search") on its websites.
