As International Child Abduction Surges in U.S, the Department of State Seeks Lawyers in Hawaii, Ala

International parental child abduction originating from the United States may victimize over 100,000 American children from 2009 to 2020 according to a new book published by Peter Thomas Senese and Carolyn Vlk titled "The World Turned Upside Down".
