TAPP is surveying company hiring trends regarding part-time employees across industries. Malden, MA (PRWEB) November 30, 2011 The Talented Alliance of Part-time Professionals (TAPP) is conducting a survey of company hiring practices to understand the growing phenomena of part-time employment. According to the Department of Labor, there are 27 million Americans working part-time, 18 million of whom do so voluntarily.
