North Carolina's Structured Sentencing Undergoes Overhaul
North Carolina has revamped its Structured Sentencing system for the second time in two years, reports Raleigh criminal lawyer Damon Chetson. The changes create additional criminal liabilities for people charged with crimes, including low level felonies.
