Kelora Systems, LLC, and Edenvale Shoppes, LLC announced today that they have entered into a patent licensing agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, Kelora granted Edenvale Shoppes, LLC a license to use, at Edenvale Shoppes, LLC's sole discretion, the search engine technology covered by U.S. Patent Number 6,275,821 ("Method and System for Executing a Guided Parametric Search") on its websites.
