SEC sues senior executives of Countrywide Financial
Securities and Exchange Comission has filed a complaint against Angelo Mozilo, David Sambol and Eric Sieracki, in the United States District Court, Central District of California, Case number CV 09-03994 VBF (AJWx), for violations of the Federal Securities Laws. The named individuals are alleged to be 'the three most senior executives of Countrywide Financial Corporation.'
