Inaugural Excellence In Broadcast Journalism Honors Given to Three Los Angeles Journalists -- Larry

Larry Mantle, host of AirTalk on KPCC, Warren Olney, executive producer and host of KCRW’s To the Point and Which Way, L.A.?, and Patt Morrison, host of Patt Morrison on KPCC, and longtime reporter and columnist for the Los Angeles Times, have been named as recipients of Community Advocates' inaugural Bill Stout Memorial Award for Excellence in Broadcast Journalism. These three journalists are being honored for pursuing their careers in the tradition of Stout, a revered local and national broadcast journalist, who was a frequent stand-in for famed CBS Evening News anchor Walter Cronkit
