Investment real estate specialists at the Royston Group have facilitated the sale of a Home Depot in Chicago. The site is on an long term absolute NNN lease in an affluent suburb of Chicago. The 111,400 square foot building, located in an upscale suburb of Chicago, sold for $12 million.
