LOPSA Announces Settlement of Lawsuits The League of Professional System Administrators (LOPSA) is pleased to announce that Association Headquarters, LOPSA, and the USENIX Association have reached an amicable and satisfactory settlement of the lawsuits between them. As a result, all of the current lawsuits will be dismissed. The parties have agreed that all of the terms of the settlement are to remain confidential and will not be disclosed.
