Appellant's Failure to Present Reporter's Transcripts Was Fatal to His Appeal
Appellant lost a 3-day bench trial. Appellant brought appeal saying trial court erred in holding his employment contract had been modified. However, appellant failed to present reporter's transcripts to appellate court. Held: Judgment or order of the trial court is presumed correct and prejudicial error must be affirmatively shown. Appellant's failure to provide the appellate court with reporter's transcripts is fatal to his appeal.
