Lawsuit Filed By Arizona Woman Who Almost Lost Leg In Yamaha Rhino Rollover A 21-year-old Arizona woman has filed a lawsuit against Yamaha to recover for injuries she suffered in a Yamaha Rhino rollover. Ashley Stamper-Sparks alleges that she suffered severe injuries to her leg, and has had multiple surgeries in order to avoid the amputation of her leg. Attorneys for Ms. Sparks allege that the Rhino was defectively designed and that these defects led to the accident and the injuries.
