I am a Clark County criminal defense attorney and founding partner of the Law Office of Joel M. Mann located in Las Vegas, Nevada.  I focus my practice on criminal matters that occur in Las Vegas such as unpaid casino markers, Las Vegas drug possession, domestic violence, DUI, violation of probation, theft crimes, white collar crimes, sex crimes and violent crimes.

There are many instances of DUI in Las Vegas because many people consume alcohol in clubs and casinos. I  also dedicate a large portion of my practice to DUI defense in Las Vegas.

My goal is to be an advocate who fights for my clients. I believe in keeping the lines of communications open with my cleints in order to help them understand the legal process. By treating the client-attorney relationship as a partnership, clients can rest assured that they are getting the best representation possible.

I earned my JD from William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and was admitted to the Nevada bar in 2002. During law school, I interned with Nevada District Court Judge Michael Cherry, the United States Attorney's offce, and a well-respected local criminal defense attorney. I was also part of the moot court teas and the Juvenile Justice Legal Clinic at the Boyd School of Law. I also was a law clerk in the Clark County District Attorney's office. All of these experiences helped shape my interest in criminal law.
