"Josh Berger is an outstanding attorney whose strong work ethic is evident as he works diligently on behalf of his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and treats his clients with respect and courtesy. But do not mistake his kindness for weakness, he fights hard which is why he is such a successful lawyer. If you need sound, exceptional legal advice and are in need of the best, your best decision would be to hire Josh Berger, of Berger and Lagnese. As one of his clients who has truly experienced what it means to fight for the truth, and not give up no matter what the challenges are involved in the case I could not have asked for better representation within the court system. Josh Berger of Berger and Lagnese is top notch."

Attorney Berger and I were opposing counsel on a case where a man was injured in a fight at a bar. Attorney Berger handled the case for his client with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Joshua Berger is an exceedingly gifted lawyer. He is very bright, very thorough, and very committed to his clients. He definitely always goes the extra mile to investigate the case. His preparation is second to none. He has a commanding presence in the court room, and his results in jury trials have been splendid. I attribute Joshua Berger's stellar track record of great results in jury trials and settlements to the following: First, Joshua Berger will always know the case better than anyone in the room. Second, Joshua Berger always fights for what he believes is right for his client, even if it means going up against four or five lawyers on the other side. With his second-to-none level of preparation, and his willingness to scrap for his clients, Joshua Berger is a role model for other lawyers in the medical malpractice field. Alongside Paul Lagnese, Esquire, I would place Joshua Berger at the top of the list of lawyers I have had the privilege of working with.
