The firm is the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lamb, P.A., a national litigation practice representing people who have been seriously injured or died as a result of unsafe drugs, harmful chemicals, and dangerous products. In association with other law firms around the country, we form hand-picked legal teams to collaboratively represent clients more effectively.

The firm does not put its clients into any class action lawsuits. Rather, we favor an individual case approach, which allows us to give personal attention to our clients from start to finish.

Attorney Tom Lamb started the firm in 1996 after working at one of the nation’s largest plaintiff law firms, Ness Motley Loadholt Richardson & Poole, in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to that, Tom worked on the other side of the fence at a defense firm, Keesal Young & Logan, in Long Beach, California.

Tom Lamb has an A-V rating (highest classification) peer-review rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Directory.

Tom has had some of his articles published online by Reuters, Fox News, and other media sites. Over the years he has been interviewed by The National Law Journal, CBS Nightly News, The New York Times, and Forbes, as well as by other journalists working in print and on TV.

Tom Lamb was first licensed to practice law in California (1988). He was admitted thereafter to practice in the District of Columbia (1990) and in North Carolina in (1992).

Tom went to law school at George Washington University, in Washington, D.C., and he did his undergraduate work at the College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia.
