Jason Gish concentrates his practice on business, technology transactions and intellectual property matters. Mr. Gish has broad based experience as a business and intellectual property attorney representing a variety of technology companies. He counsels clients on a wide range of legal matters including technology transfer and licensing agreements, product and service purchase and sale agreements, intellectual property strategies and general business transactions. He has experience counseling clients in the fields of medical devices, manufacturing, software, Internet, computer hardware and biotechnology. Prior to forming TLG Law Group LLC, Mr. Gish practiced at Foley Hoag LLP and Wilmer Hale LLP, both in Boston, MA. He also clerked for the Honorable Alvin A. Schall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to attending law school, he completed General Electric's two–year management program.
