At the Pintas & Mullins Law Firm, we know that personal and quality legal representation mean everything to our clients and their families. Personal injuries not only cause physical pain and suffering, but also emotional and financial disaster through loss of work, medical bills, and stress.

Whether caused by medical malpractice, a motor vehicle accident, defective product, or other negligent, careless, or reckless conduct, injuries alter lives forever. We aggressively investigate and pursue your rights, relieving your worry of the claims process that an injury can bring, and allowing you to attend to your immediate health, safety, and financial concerns.

In a rare display of compassion by a pharmaceutical company, Merck & Co. recently joined two dozen other drug makers in discontinuing its use of chimpanzees for laboratory research. There are currently about 1,000 chimpanzees in the United States owned by drug companies and the federal government for pharmaceutical and product research. Our team of defective drug attorneys applauds Merck for this step in the right direction.
