BP files Cross-Claim against Cameron International
In re: Oil Spill by the Oil Rig “Deepwater Horizon” in the Gulf of Mexico, on April 20, 2010, in the U.S. District Court, Eastern Dist. of Lousiana, MDL No. 2179 -- BP has been defending this lawsuit concerning the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. On April 20, 2011, BP filed this cross-claim agaisnt Cameron International Corporation, the manufacturer and maintainer of the “blowout preventer” which was used at the oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico.
